If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team. KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director - Sales Operations to join our Advisory Operations organization. Responsibilities: Owner of Sales Compensation tool, Varicent including requirements and governance, delivery, and quality (including budget and testing), adoption, onboarding, and training Own Sales Compensation Data and Analytics including project management for regular close schedules and data integrity, accuracy of data feeds, reporting and hierarchy roll ups Lead crediting and allocation policy and auditing Own SPIF development, approval workflows, tracking, and performance measurement Ensure continuous improvement, automation, and effectiveness throughout all processes Contribute to and lead special projects aligned to Advisory and Markets strategy, bringing structured project management, analytics, and change management to drive results Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment Qualifications: Minimum seven years of recent experience in sales compensation operations, incentive compensation management (ICM), or a similar sales operation with strong analytics focus Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is required ICM Platform expertise with three years of hands-on experience working directly with Varicent or a comparable ICM platform (such as administration, configuration, or program ownership) Proven operations management and a strong track record of successfully managing close cycles, payout governance, and clear stakeholder communications Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for managing large datasets, with familiarity with BI tools (like Power BI or Tableau) and SQL being highly preferred Exceptional attention to detail combined with strong skills in requirements gathering and the project management discipline to manage timelines, risks, and budgets; ability to communicate clearly and concisely with executives and cross-functional teams while working autonomously to drive outcomes under tight deadlines Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
