The Assistant Manager (AM) is responsible for running financial and food audits on behalf ofthe owner, inspecting order tickets for accuracy, ensuring refunds and returns are properlyentered into POS, and ensuring uber and other food delivery drivers receive the correct ordersbefore departing the store. The AM also makes phone calls and drafts emails on behalf of thebusiness. The AM reports directly to the owner.
