Role Summary

The Architect is a licensed mid-level project delivery leader responsible for producing and coordinating accurate, complete, and constructible architectural deliverables across multiple projects and/or major packages. This role drives quality through disciplined QA+QC follow-through, leads coordination within assigned scope, delegates and coaches others to improve team output, and upholds professional responsibility for HSW diligence and risk documentation.

Responsibilities

·[      ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Maintains quality by coordinating impacts across the project and following QA+QC through confirmed completion, reducing repeat errors and rework, while applying role-appropriate life-safety and HSW diligence and documenting key risks within assigned scope.

·[      ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Breaks scope of work into clear assignments with due dates, standards to follow, and a definition of "done," then follows up to ensure the work is complete, on time, and to BHDP quality expectations.
