Insight Global AI Technical Product Owner / Business Analyst / Delivery Lead in Cincinnati, Ohio
Job Description
Candidate will lead delivery across 5–6 AI Automation solution teams, ensuring product goals, timelines, and quality standards are met. You will work closely with engineers to validate requirements, test APIs, and ensure technical solutions align with intended business outcomes. You will assess enterprise objectives, identify delivery risks or misalignment, and create plans to close those gaps. You will own documentation, delivery plans, and communication strategies to support cross‑team alignment and change management. You will partner daily with technical and delivery teams, using your technical fluency to drive clear, intuitive conversations without writing code.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of experience leading delivery across multiple teams, preferably in lean or startup environments.
Strong product‑oriented mindset, with the ability to get hands‑on with technology and understand how systems and APIs function.
Proven experience working with APIs, mass integrations, and complex workflows, including API testing and validation.
Heavy delivery, documentation, and organizational change management (OCM) background, including communication planning.
Ability to assess company‑wide objectives, identify gaps or risks, and create actionable strategies to drive alignment. AI
