⭐ Job Summary
We’re hiring Electrical Assemblers to work in a clean environment assembling small electrical components with precision and care. You’ll follow wiring diagrams and assembly drawings, perform hands‑on electrical work, and help ensure every product meets quality standards. This is a steady Monday–Friday schedule with weekly pay and overtime available at time‑and‑a‑half.

⭐ What You’ll Do
Review work orders, drawings, and wiring diagrams
Assemble coils, harnesses, sensors, transformers, and control units
Perform soldering, crimping, wire routing, and basic mechanical assembly
Inspect parts to ensure accuracy and quality
Work with Quality or Engineering to resolve issues
Document completed assemblies in logs or digital systems
Maintain a clean, organized workstation
Follow all cleanroom, safety, and GMP standards

Ability to read schematics and technical drawings
Comfort using hand tools and small electrical tools
Strong attention to detail and steady hands
Ability to work independently and in a team

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cincinnati, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
