Interacts with the Design Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, Quiality Engineers and Production/Planning Engineers to develop CAD models and engineering solutions for sustain product lines, Basic and Moderate NPD. Creation of Drawings and BOMs to support the production of prototypes, final Design, manufacturing, and quality specifications.
Responsabilidades
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the creation of 3D CAD models and detailed drawings for development of products
Assist engineers with hands-on troubleshooting efforts from production, prototypes, and processes.
Assist engineers with testing, process development/ process modifications and engineering documentation
Develop layouts, engineering drawings, detailed drawings and assembly drawings. Take project from concept to production release
Perform maintenance of CAD files in response to engineering changes.
Interface with other engineers to verify that data pertaining to product specification is documented accurately.
Verify that the appropriate linkages are established in the Product Data
Ability to work on quick turnaround projects independently with minimal supervision. Occasionally work on projects or assignments in a team or group environment
Uses strong listening and communication skills
Prepares BOM's for product implementation into production.
Calificaciones
Requirements:
Bachelor´s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent related field.
Preferred understanding of basic Thermodynamics, Mechanical and Electrical design, Verifiable knowledge on CAD and ERP systems(Mapix).
Advanced conversational English skills.
