Role:
Supervises, schedules, coordinates, and controls the production schedules; reviews and manages the production plan based on the customer requirements and considering process efficiency.
What the candidate will do:
Create and Direct master production schedules, reviewing workflow of production workers, inventory levels, capacity constraints, machine breakdowns, product quality, etc. to ensure operational excellence.
Maintain an adequate stock of finished products to meet demand, avoiding both shortages and overstocks.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve product-related issues and incorporate customer and business requirements.
Direct communication with customers, validate changes on the demand and understand business trends.
Education requirement:
Bachelor’s degree : In international business, International Trade, Administration, Industrial Engineer Administrator, Mechanical Engineer Administrator or Related Careers, or about to graduate in fields related to Supply Chain preferred.
Intermediate English Conversational
What skills the ideal candidate will have:
Planning and Organizing
Minimum 1 year in production planning or area related to Supply Chain.
Proficient in the use of MRP systems for material planning and control.
Strong ability to prioritize tasks, organize workloads, and follow up on deadlines.
Problem Solving
At least 1 year in supply chain roles, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
Intermediate proficiency in Office 365, especially Excel (pivot tables, basic functions, and reporting).
Strong analytical mindset to address challenges related to production, materials, and scheduling.
Production Scheduling and Control
Knowledge in production scheduling and shop‑floor control.
Skilled in applying MRP tools to ensure material availability and adherence to production plans.
Forecasting
Minimum 1 year engaging directly with customers and/or suppliers to anticipate demand and supply needs.
Ability to interpret sales data, inventory levels, and demand forecasts.
The best candidates will also have:
Advanced Conversational English
Intermediate SAP proficiency (CBS)
Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency
Intermediate Power BI proficiency
Additional information:
Location: Ciénega de Flores. This position works Monday through Friday and remote work is not available.
