Role function
Provide technical and commercial support to Sales Representatives for BEX‑R and MOD projects, ensuring technical feasibility, accurate offer preparation, and smooth coordination between operations, head office, and factories. Contribute to the technical and financial success of assigned projects.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Feasibility
Review shaft survey sheets and perform feasibility assessments
Identify the most suitable products (preferably Otis) and prepare basic AutoCAD sketches
Flag and communicate any technical deviations
Ensure full technical and regulatory compliance by coordinating with CLC product specialists
Preparation of BEX‑R and MOD Offers
Guide Sales Representatives through eLog configurations, especially for complex projects
Support Supervisors when validating project schedules
Monitor project financials, review vendor budgets, and ensure proper cost coverage through invoicing
Plan Coordination
Assist Sales Representatives in preparing files for the technical office and managing plan adaptations
Support Supervisors and Sales in plan validation
Product Knowledge & Training
- Deliver training to Sales teams and Supervisors on product updates or new product launches
Continuous Improvement
Provide feedback and report operational risks or issues
Contribute to process improvement and best‑practice sharing
Compliance & Ethics
Ensure adherence to company standards in safety, quality, and ethics
Handle all project and customer information confidentially
Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge
Education
- Technical training or a professional diploma in a related field
Technical Expertise
Solid understanding of elevator products, systems, and construction site conditions
Experience with elevator installation, modernization, or technical sales
Ability to work independently on complex technical issues
Experience
- At least 5 years in elevator installation, modernization, or technical commercial roles
Digital Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD (highly recommended)
Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with eLogistics and NE MOD CRM is an advantage
Languages: Fluent English (company documentation), plus regional language depending on location (French for West, German for Central/East, Italian for South) ; additional Swiss regional languages and Spanish are strong assets.
Other Requirements
Valid local driving license
Mobility to visit customer sites, including environments requiring stair access
Ability to travel between headquarters, regional offices, and worksites (occasional overnight stays)
