ABOUT THE ROLE
As Sales Representative, you will drive growth of our spirits portfolio across Ticino and Graubünden.
You will lead partnerships across On-Trade and selected Off-Trade channels, with full accountability for performance in your territory. The role covers distribution, visibility, commercial agreements and execution in market.

Day in the Life:
Strategic Relationship Builder: Build strong customer relationships and support existing accounts. Lead regular business reviews, identify needs and implement clear growth plans.
Effective Communicator: Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams to ensure alignment on priorities and plans. Adapt your approach to different partners where needed.
Commercial Focus: Complete distribution strategy within your territory to strengthen partnerships and deliver performance targets.
Data-Driven: Maintain accurate and up-to-date territory data, including performance tracking, customer details and outlet changes. Use data to prioritise actions. Digital First Approach: Use digital tools consistently to handle accounts, track activity and support execution. Resilience and Accountability: Stay focused on long-term goals, respond constructively to challenges and maintain momentum within your area.
ABOUT YOU
Passionate about sales and to grow a career within commercial
2–5 years’ experience in sales / field sales or gastronomy
Experience in beverages, FMCG and HoReCa is highly preferred
Fluent in German and Italian, with working knowledge of English
Full Driver’s license with at least 12 months active driving experience under a full Drivers License
Willingness to travel throughout the Ticino & Graubünden.
