Solstice Advanced Materials Product Mfg Engineer I in Chungcheongbuk-do, South Korea
As a Product Mfg Engineer I here at Solstice, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful production of high-quality products. You will be involved in supporting the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to production, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective product launches. With a focus on quality and innovation, you will help bring new products to market successfully while driving continuous improvement and fostering collaboration throughout the process.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production of high-quality products
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process optimization and implement improvements
Conduct analysis and troubleshooting of manufacturing processes to identify and resolve issues
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards throughout the manufacturing process
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability of necessary materials and equipment
Support the development and implementation of new product introductions and product transfers
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce costs
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
Required experience
