Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Newport Meadows Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, and we encourage new graduates and experienced CNAs to apply.

As a CNA, you will assist residents with activities of daily living, take vital signs, and provide compassionate, dignified, and resident-centered care. You will work closely with our nursing team to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care and support.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and oral care

• Take and document vital signs, height, and weight

• Assist with feeding, bed-making, and resident transportation

• Support resident mobility (active and passive) according to the care plan

• Observe and report changes in resident's condition to the nursing supervisor

• Provide compassionate, dignified, and resident-centered care

Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania CNA certification

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Reliable, compassionate, and detail-oriented
