IHG 风味餐厅厨房厨师(耍/航)Commis Chef in Chongqing, China
- 完成食材准备、切配、腌制、烹调等基础厨房操作;
- 严格遵守食品安全与卫生规范,保持操作区域及设备清洁,落实厨房管理要求;
- 配合团队完成日常出餐任务,确保菜品出品符合餐厅风味标准与质量要求;
参与新品试做与流程优化,积极学习岗位相关烹饪技艺与标准化作业流程。
具备1年及以上餐饮行业后厨实操经验,有西餐、融合菜或特色风味餐厅工作经验者优先;
- 熟悉基本刀工、火候控制及常用烹饪方法,能按标准执行菜单制作;
- 持有有效健康证明,无传染性疾病,符合国家关于食品从业人员的健康要求;
- 责任心强,具备良好的团队协作意识与抗压能力,能适应餐饮行业弹性工作时间安排。
