Job Description
Job Responsibilities 工作职责
在试验场及公共道路环境中，对 ADAS 功能进行系统级整车测试，确保功能性能与稳定性满足项目及客户要求
根据客户技术需求与规范，制定并执行系统测试用例，确保功能测试覆盖的完整性与一致性
按项目或客户要求，与客户共同开展联合测试（Joint Test）及系统验收测试（Acceptance Test）
规划、协调并管理系统测试相关活动，确保测试工具、测试设备及测试环境的可用性
在测试车辆上完成 ADAS 各功能及相关部件的系统级集成与调试
按照产品生命周期要求，建立、维护并持续更新测试文档，包括测试用例、测试计划、测试报告及 KPI 统计
对测试结果、问题及偏差进行分析评估，并以结构化方式向项目团队及客户进行沟通与汇报
根据项目需要，持续开发、优化测试方法、测试流程及测试环境
Qualifications
Qualifications & Profile 能力要求
工程或理工科相关专业本科及以上学历
具备 ADAS 产品开发或系统应用相关工作经验
熟悉 ADAS 功能架构，并了解其与车辆系统（如 ESP、EPS、EMS 等）的交互关系
掌握 ADAS 系统测试方法、测试策略及常用测试工具（如 CANoe、MTS、RT-Range 等）
持有有效的中国 C 级或以上驾驶证（必须项）
具备良好的中英文（普通话及英语）书面及口头沟通能力，能够在技术环境中进行专业交流
具备测试脚本编写经验者优先（如 CAPL、Gateway 等）
具备系统化思维方式，注重质量、流程及客户需求，具有持续改进意识
能够在项目压力和时间约束下稳定工作，按计划交付高质量成果
