Job Summary
Your Career The Strategic Accounts Division II is responsible for both new business development and account management for Japan’s top strategic accounts in the non-manufacturing sectors, including retail, logistics, media, pharmaceuticals, construction, trading, and finance.
In this position, you will be primarily in charge of Retail and Trading company. Your Impact Propose and sell our security platform solutions to major domestic enterprises Develop a territory plan based on approximately five large enterprise accounts, prioritizing product opportunities and setting action plans Create account plans for each client to generate concrete business opportunities Conduct both new customer acquisition and account expansion activities with existing clients Collaborate with Marketing and Inside Sales teams to generate leads Identify clients’ business challenges and needs, and propose optimal solutions Work closely with Solutions Consultant (SEs), Product Sales/SE teams, and specialized security teams to implement solutions Drive business opportunities through partnerships with partner companies, ensuring mutual benefit Update deal progress regularly in the CRM system Manage quarterly performance through weekly forecast meetings Contribute to team knowledge sharing through internal study sessions and discussions
Qualifications
Your Experience Required Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of direct (high-touch) enterprise sales experience targeting large enterprise customers Over 10 years of experience in IT solution sales At least 3 years of corporate sales experience in one or more of the following industries: retail, logistics, media, pharmaceuticals, construction, trading, or finance Proven ability to build strong relationships with executive- and director-level clients Excellent presentation skills Strong planning skills, including the ability to develop territory and account plans Proven track record of achieving quarterly sales targets Preferred Qualifications: English proficiency (advantageous for keeping up with the latest information) Experience handling security products Experience handling network solutions Experience handling cloud solutions Ideal Candidate Profile: Highly self-motivated and driven to achieve and grow, with a strong desire for personal and professional development Adaptable and flexible, able to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
