ManpowerGroup Maintenance Technician (Temporary) in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin
Our client, a manufacturing leader in the industrial sector, is seeking a Maintenance Tech (Tempoary) to join their team. As a Maintenance Tech, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the plant operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Maintenance Tech (Temp)
Location: Chippewa Falls, WI
Pay Range: $25-28
Shift: 1st (Mon-Fri 5am - 3pm)
What's the Job?
Operate equipment including hand tools such as buffers and sanders
Oil machines and change filters on machinery
Assist with facility activities and perform preventative maintenance (PMs)
Clean work areas and maintain a safe, organized environment
Troubleshoot CNC machines and enter data into work order systems
What's Needed?
High school diploma or GED
1 – 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Ability to read and understand verbal and written instructions
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on tasks
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
