Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking dedicated Manufacturing Production workers to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting various operational teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn new skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Manufacturing Positions
Location: CHIPLEY, FL
Pay Range: $14
Shift: Days, Monday - Thursday 6a-4p, with the occasional Friday
What's the Job?
Operate sewing machines and other manufacturing equipment with precision and care
Assist in pillow stuffing and packing processes to ensure product quality
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times
Support team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment
What's Needed?
Ability to stand or walk for a full 10-hour shift
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks
Reliable and punctual attendance
