Our client, a leading manufacturer in the textile and pillow manufacturing industry, is seeking a machine operator to join their team. As a machine operator you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, teamwork skills, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: CHIPLEY, FL
Pay Range: $14
Shift: Days Mon-Thurs 6a-4pm occasional Friday
What's the Job?
Start and operate the stuffing machine following standard procedures.
Ensure fiber is properly fed into the machine hopper.
Monitor machine operation and adjust settings as needed.
Inspect stuffed pillows for quality and consistency.
Coordinate with other team members to maintain production flow.
What's Needed?
Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively.
Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
Must be able to lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
Required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Must be alert and attentive to machine operations and safety protocols.
