Enclos Corp. Visualization Specialist in Chino, California

We are seeking a talented Visualization Specialist to help elevate how we tell our story. This highly impactful role will be responsible for capturing and editing photography, developing compelling visual content, and producing high-quality 3D imagery and animations that support our sales pursuits and showcase our project portfolio. The ideal candidate combines strong technical visualization skills with an eye for composition and storytelling, helping translate complex facade systems into clear, engaging visuals that resonate with clients and partners.

Position Overview:

This position creates computer-generated still imagery and animations for utilization in architecture and construction, under tight deadlines with competing priorities. Through focus on composition and storytelling, the Visualization Specialist puts emphasis on accurate scene layout and animation for narratives in project proposals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develops storyboards, narratives, renderings and animations for projects and proposals in sequence with previously identified priorities.

  • Collects project details from Pre-construction Managers, Designers, Estimators, Manufacturing personnel, and Field personnel to synthesize into a visualization.

  • Understands the overall scheduling needs through direction from the Sales Team.

  • Develops message strategies by suggesting new formats to communicate the complex performance of curtainwall systems.

  • Utilizes 2D illustration, 3D modeling and film production software to produce animation videos.

  • Supports other Visualization Specialists with projects as needed.

  • Participates in research and development of new computer graphic techniques.

  • Organizes and maintains a collection of 2D and 3D assets for future utilization.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from four-year College or University in Animation, Industrial Design, Architecture, Motion Graphics, or other, from an accredited university.

  • Must be able to demonstrate talent for visual storytelling with high attention to detail in models and character movement.

  • Must be able to edit photos in Adobe Lightroom.

  • Experience in all major Computer Graphic techniques including modeling, texturing, shading, lighting, camera matching and compositing.

  • Proven ability in character or equipment animation.

  • Advanced knowledge of a 3D content creation app like Maya or Houdini, Arnold Renderer or equivalent, After Effects, and Photoshop.

  • Knowledge of Nuke and Substance Painter are a plus.

  • Familiarity with architecture or construction is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Photography is a plus.

    Compensation

    At the Enclos family of companies, compensation is determined based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. The successful candidate for the Visualization Specialist role in Chino, CA can expect to earn $60,000 to $70,000 per year. This position is also eligible to participate in the company's incentive bonus plan.
