Emerson Incoming Inspection Technician in CHIHUAHUA CENTRO, Mexico
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Inspect raw material at incoming inspection to assure compliance with requirements.
Support supervisor to meet defined KPIs and quality standards.
Perform MRB activities, disposition, sort, rework, RTVs, etc.
Support the track of maintenance and calibration required for lab equipment.
Applies the CIP philosophy by leading or participating in CIP teams to find the root cause of problems in his area and implements action to improve the process and the quality of the products.
Assures the correct measurement techniques.
Experience & Knowledge:
2 to 4 years in the following topics:
Incoming inspection & MRB.
Support flexibility plan of his area.
Must Experience:
CMM – Coordinate Measurement Machine
Manual measuring systems with ring gauge, thread gauge, caliper, micrometer, etc.
Gauge R&R knowledge
Drawing interpretation
Geometric tolerances (GD&T)
Electrical inspection IPC610
Schedule flexibility and traveling availability (USA- Visa).
