Role and Responsibilities: As an Warehouse Material Handler - High Pay, your primary focus will be ensuring the smooth flow of materials within the warehouse, with an emphasis on inventory management, order fulfillment, and process improvement while adhering to strict safety protocols. ? Receive, verify, and properly store incoming products and materials. ? Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with complete accuracy. ? Operate warehouse machinery, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring safety at all times. ? Maintain organized inventory records and track materials using warehouse management systems. ? Assist with loading and unloading trucks to ensure timely delivery schedules. ? Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace. ? Collaborate with colleagues to optimize warehouse processes and enhance efficiency. Required Skills and Experience: ? High school diploma or equivalent qualification. ? Experience in warehouse operations, material handling, or distribution roles. ? Ability to operate warehouse equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe and effective manner. ? Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and generating reports. ? Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. ? Physical capability to lift heavy materials and perform demanding tasks. Preferred Qualifications: ? Forklift certification or prior experience with material handling equipment. ? Experience working in fast-paced environments, especially in manufacturing or snack food sectors. ? Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory software. ? Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Compensation and Benefits: ?
