Distribute and stock Frito-Lay snacks at various retail locations, including supermarkets, convenience stores, and discount outlets ? Drive a Frito-Lay delivery vehicle along assigned routes and unload products efficiently and accurately ? Cultivate positive relationships with retail personnel to increase sales and implement product displays and promotions ? Monitor product rotation and maintain merchandising standards to ensure inventory remains fresh and visually appealing ? Use handheld systems to manage orders, track stock, and log delivery activity ? Complete a structured 4?6 week training program covering delivery procedures, sales strategies, and merchandising skills ? Support different routes and adapt to store formats as needed to help meet operational goals Required Skills and Experience ? Must be 21 years of age or older ? Possess a valid driver?s license and proof of insurance, and meet state-specific licensing requirements ? Ability to lift up to 40 pounds multiple times per shift, with or without reasonable accommodation ? Excellent time management and communication skills with the ability to work independently ? Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays Preferred Qualifications ? Prior experience in delivery driving, merchandising, retail, or customer service ?
