We are hiring immediately for experienced Machine Adjusters and Trainee Machine Adjusters in our Chicopee, MA manufacturing plant. Immediately hiring Experienced Machine Adjusters and Trainee Machine Adjusters for the Chicopee, MA plant on 3rd shift (11pm - 7am) with a \$2/hr shift premium. Experienced Machine Adjuster Pay: \$22--\$25/hr+ depending on experience Requirements: 4+ years as an Envelope Machine Adjuster Trainee Machine Adjuster Pay: \$21/hr+ depending on relevant mechanical experience Requirements: 3--4 years of intermediate/advanced mechanical skills (equipment setup, repair, changeovers) Training: Typically on 1st shift (7am--3pm) Role is developmental, with performance evaluations to ensure progress toward full Machine Adjuster status Additional Notes Schedule: Monday--Friday, with Saturdays as needed during busy periods Skills needed: Basic math, ruler reading, basic computer skills Must be flexible with machine assignments Training generally occurs on 1st shift CENVEO IS AN EEO EMPLOYER Requirements The role involves frequent standing, walking, bending, and other physical movements, along with lifting up to 55 lbs with assistance.
