Overview

As an independent decision maker, this role directs the work pivotal in aligning our website operations with business objectives, ensuring a seamless user journey, and driving digital innovation. Leads the enhancement and optimization of our existing marketing and onboarding website hosted on Webflow. The role entails implementing a Content Management System (CMS), improving website performance, and ensuring effective conversion of visitors into paying customers, all while aligning with our overall business objectives and maintaining high standards of user experience and data security.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to enhance the existing Webflow website, collaborating with executive leadership, marketing, sales, and IT to ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Facilitate regular strategy and alignment meetings to incorporate stakeholder input into the website enhancement process.

  • Implement and customize a CMS within the Webflow-hosted website, establishing content workflows and roles to streamline content creation, approval, and publication processes.

  • Enhance website design to improve user experience by focusing on navigation ease, responsiveness, and visual appeal, while ensuring optimization for all devices, with a priority on mobile usability.

  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure alignment with our brand and target audience while operationalizing workflows for efficient content creation and publication within the new CMS.

  • Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic traffic while monitoring and enhancing load times and mobile responsiveness.

  • Manage and optimize integrations between the website, CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms while implementing automations to enhance marketing and onboarding efficiency.

  • Set up and configure analytics tools to track KPIs and user behavior, providing regular reports and insights for ongoing website improvements.

  • Ensure website security and adherence to data protection regulations, such as GDPR, by managing permissions and access controls within the CMS.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Preferred

  • 5 years of experience in Website product management or a similar role, with a proven track record of implementing CMS systems—preferably within Webflow—leading UX redesigns and SEO optimization projects and demonstrating strong experience with marketing and CRM integrations.

  • Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the base pay range for this position is $81,100 - 127,400 per year . Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
