Serrala Americas, Inc. seeks Team Lead in Chicago, IL:
Executing contracted services after project handover (Payments as a Service and Alevate Suite). Managing day-to-day operations of the North American-based team. Ensuring a smooth transition from project to \'RUN\' phase with implementation and consulting teams. Resolving high and critical issues (\'Major Incident Management\') and prioritizing cross-customer concerns. Managing internal and external communications. Developing, maintaining, and following standard operating procedures. Approving production changes. Tracking and coordinating open development items with development teams.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupations. Employer will accept 1 year of work experience for every year missing from education. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable.
Special Requirements: Position requires 2 years of experience in each of the following skills:
- SQL databases and queries;
- Knowledge of financial accounting;
- Delivering end-to-end customer-driven services;
- Strong understanding of financial processes, formats, systems, and supporting services;
- Experience with cloud-based services;
- Knowledge of ITIL principles for service management;
- Excellent customer-facing skills;
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities; and
- In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures and incident management.
Telecommuting permitted.
40 hrs/week, \$111,530/year - \$121,530/year. Must also have authority to work permanently in the U.S.
