Overview

Spark Foundry seeks an executive with deep marketplace credibility and the ability to confidently engage senior marketing and media professionals. This individual will forge unique, first-to-market opportunities, extend partnerships beyond traditional pricing/trading, and deliver holistic, channel-agnostic solutions.

Responsibilities

Marketplace Leadership

  • Cultivate and maintain senior-level relationships with media vendors and platforms.

  • Drive upfront negotiations and steer and support client stakeholders throughout the process.

  • Negotiate deals that include data partnerships and bespoke opportunities tailored to the client’s needs.

Client Engagement

  • Advise client’s most senior marketing team on breakthrough strategies, demonstrating both attention to detail and high-level thinking.

  • Identify exclusive market offerings and proactively shape them to the client’s advantage.

Holistic Media Expertise

  • Bring extensive video expertise alongside strong understanding of digital and other media channels.

  • Integrate diverse channels into a cohesive strategy for maximized reach and ROI.

Proactive Innovation

  • Anticipate market shifts and proactively recommend next-generation solutions.

  • Collaborate across internal stakeholders to deliver data-driven, future-forward partnerships.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Convey complex investment strategies to day-to-day contacts as well as executive-level decision-makers.

  • Manage multiple stakeholders, ensuring transparency, clarity, and alignment.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of media investment experience with proven credibility in the US market.

  • Track record of delivering first-to-market partnerships and shaping non-traditional deals.

  • Ability to “go toe-to-toe” with senior leaders and top marketplace officials.

  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills across all media channels.

Compensation Range: $176,700.00 - $263,655.00 anual. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
