Aston Carter Senior Project Coordinator – Procurement Compliance in Chicago, Illinois
We’re partnering with a Chicago organization on a Project Coordinator / Program Operations Specialist (mid‑level) role within Procurement Compliance & Supply Chain.
This position serves as the hub for cross‑functional projects—owning timelines, driving milestones, leading stakeholder communication, and proactively managing risks. Strong fit for someone who enjoys operational ownership and data‑driven execution.
What you’ll be doing:
Acting as the single point of contact for assigned projects
Driving milestone execution, issue resolution, and risk mitigation
Leading weekly stakeholder meetings and program updates
Supporting process improvements and operational efficiency
Using data and dashboards (Tableau) to identify gaps and trends
Core requirements:
4–7 years of procurement/supply chain experience (direct & indirect)
Strong project coordination and analytical skills
Advanced Excel + hands‑on Tableau experience
Comfortable partnering cross‑functionally, including senior leadership
Nice‑to‑haves:
Experience with Coupa, MTCM, Oracle, or other ERP systems
Exposure to Agile environments
PMP or CAPM certification
Experience supporting federal contracts or regulated environments
Background in international trade or global regulatory frameworks
Strong data visualization and advanced analytics skills

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
