IMMEDIATLEY HIRING! Senior Civil Project Manager

Description

  • Design and permit residential, institutional, commercial, warehouse, and mixed-use developments for public and private clients

  • Collaborate with office leadership on growth strategies and staff utilization

  • Support business development by cultivating new and existing client relationships

  • Lead site/civil design including layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, and erosion control

  • Oversee stormwater management, hydrologic/hydraulic analysis, and SWPPP documentation

  • Apply expertise in land development, integrating geotechnical and environmental engineering

  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

  • 10+ years of local site/civil engineering experience, focused on land development

  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)

  • Proven expertise in site layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, and erosion control

  • Strong client development and relationship management skills

  • Proficient in AutoCAD or Civil 3D (preferred)

  • Active in professional organizations

  • Skilled in technical and proposal writing

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and multitasking abilities

  • Able to work independently and collaboratively

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits and client meetings

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $106000.00 - $171000.00/yr.
