Overview

To help with this, we’re looking for an outstanding Senior Associate, Project Management – with a passion for using collaboration, the creative process and for managing world-class interactive experiences for our clients. You’ll help work on integrated campaigns for Fortune 500 clients. Our project work includes campaign work that TV/OLV, Print, Social activations, and various other branded content. As a Sr Associate, you will help develop and execute the schedules and manage the fee estimates that allow our teams to produce exciting work and endeavor to make the work better. To succeed, you will need to be a timeline driver, have strong project management experience, exercise excellent communication skills and exceptional budget tracking ability. Sound like you? What you’ll do:

At Publicis, we know that to produce great work, you need great talent – and that talent needs to be developed and nurtured. As part of this Team, you will focus on five key areas:

Project Management: You will own key project management functions such as scheduling, scoping, tasking, budget reconciliation and risk mitigation.

Client and Partner Coordination and Management: You will facilitate projects with your client and network counterparts and developing client-ready documents such as estimates, schedules, and risk assessments

Marketing: You will be expected to understand your client’s business and the craft of marketing, while supporting our network team to create effective campaigns that meet strategic objectives

Financial Operations: You will be expected to understand the fundamentals of business financials including forecasting, are adapt in work with capabilities to quickly estimate work and managing agency and network operational processes

Communication and Engagement: You will learn to use the right communication tools at the right time, understand how to communicate effectively and lean into your work with active participation in meetings and on your projects

Responsibilities

Day-to-day, your role includes:

  • Both supporting both large initiatives and small projects independently with working closely with an inter-agency team.

  • Setting up projects for success (properly planned and estimated, client alignment, secure funding approval)

  • Keeping network and internal teams moving in the same direction

  • Anticipating the needs of your projects and partners setting them up for success and heading off potential pitfalls

  • Removing barriers to success and elevating issues to the team

  • Actively seeking and sharing knowledge with your project teams and within the Project Management capability

  • Experiencing something new every day

Qualifications

We’re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:

  • A four-year degree

  • Working examples that demonstrate leadership and diligence

  • 2+ years Project Management, Marketing, and/or related experience

  • Working knowledge of enterprise tools (JIRA, MS Project/Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, Basecamp, Slack, Trello)

  • Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation

Compensation Range: $60,800 - $84,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
