What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Analyst, Programmatic, you will own the strategic planning and execution of programmatic campaigns for assigned clients. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring you to deliver actionable insights, optimize performance, and mentor junior team members. You will translate approved plans into campaign builds and activations that will achieve the goal and objective.

Responsibilities

  • Independently plan, launch, and optimize programmatic media campaigns across display, mobile, video, and social platforms).

  • Communicate strategies, insights, and recommendations clearly and persuasively to clients and internal team members.

  • Support inventory assessments and contribute to proposals for new client opportunities.

  • Manage delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, and campaign artifacts for timely launches.

  • Oversee campaign QA in billing systems and support in builds where necessary

  • Oversee campaign QA processes to ensure flawless implementation, pacing, and performance. Support in builds where necessary

  • Develop client-facing performance reports, delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and technology partners to resolve campaign issues.

  • Apply advanced analytics and bid management techniques to improve value and meet critical metrics.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to elevate team capabilities.

  • Leverage AI-based tools to enhance Programmatic Activation efficiency and campaign performance.

  • Build strong relationships with Activation, Strategy, and Analytics teams to drive integrated solutions.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic media buying and campaign management.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

  • Hands-on experience with DSP platforms (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360, Yahoo DSP, Amazon DSP) and familiarity with DMPs.

  • Strong understanding of programmatic metrics

  • Strong troubleshooting, QA discipline, and project management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

  • Resourceful, curious, and motivated with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills preferred.

  • Familiarity with digital workflow tools inclusive of leveraging traffic sheets, creative rotations, Prisma, billing, etc.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred

The benefits offerings listed are available to U.S. based employees, are reviewed on an annual basis, and are governed by the terms of the applicable plan documents.

Compensation Range: $60,800.00 - $84,000.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
