This role is intended to provide the tools and training for a successful sales-oriented career. Candidates will split time between a desk, sales counter, and working in the warehouse setting.

Reports to: PC Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • High School Diploma

  • Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

  • Reliable transportation to and from work

  • Speaking, reading, writing, and communicating in English

  • Ability to use a computer and relevant applications and a smart phone

  • Able to lift 50 pounds without assistance

  • Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship by CED now or in the future)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of sales experience

  • Experience working in a blue-collar/warehouse environment

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Strong attention to detail and time management

  • Ability to solve complex problems

  • Strong communication skills

Working Conditions:

Conditions vary based on the trainee’s current segment of the training and will include warehouse, office and external environments. During some segments, activities will include lifting, sorting, standing, possible extreme heat/cold conditions. Office segments may include sitting for extended periods. Various segments may include some travel – both by car and by air.

Supervisory Responsibilities: No

Essential Job Functions:

  • Learning all aspects of the CED business

  • Attending classes online as well as in-person at various locations

  • On the job training and mentoring

  • Warehouse work

  • Sales

  • Establish, develop, and maintain relationships and rapport with customers

  • Expected work hours are 7am-4pm Monday-Friday. Some overtime may be needed. Hours subject to change within reason and prior notification from manager.

Compensation Range:

The compensation range for this position is $61000 to $68000 annually.
