Pay Range: $29.36 - $47.79 per hour

Summary:

Job Summary

The Recruitment Marketing & Sourcing Specialist is a strategic partner responsible for supporting system-wide architecture of talent attraction and pipeline development. This role bridges the gap between sophisticated digital engagement and executive-level clinical & non-clinical recruitment, serving as a vital resource for the Talent Acquisition (TA), Executive Recruitment, and Faculty & Provider Recruitment (FPR) teams. Tasked with the elevation of the OneRush Recruitment Brand, the Specialist utilizes data-driven market intelligence and multi-channel engagement strategies to identify and capture elite passive talent across clinical, operational, academic, and executive talent segments

Beyond simple identification, the Specialist supports the design of the initial engagement phase of the candidate journey from the first brand touchpoint through high-touch digital outreach. This position ensures that Rush maintains a distinct institutional advantage by diversifying pipelines, optimizing recruitment technologies, and ensuring the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) is articulated with professional polish and precision to the global talent market. By focusing on the pre-recruitment lifecycle, the Specialist ensures that all outreach is synchronized, professional, and aligned with the long-term growth of the Rush clinical and academic community.

Required Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in provider recruitment, executive search, talent marketing, or employer branding, preferably within an academic medical center.

• Strong understanding of CRM/ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and digital engagement tools. Experience with AI-enabled recruitment automation is a plus.

• High emotional intelligence with the ability to serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, department chairs, and world-class faculty.

• Ability to interpret candidate engagement metrics and labor market data (e.g., MGMA, AAMC, or LinkedIn Insights) to recommend data-driven improvements to the recruitment process..

• Proven track record of managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders (e.g., marketing campaigns, medical conferences, or technology implementations).

• Exceptional organizational and administrative skills, at ease with abundance of details and complexity, yet mindful of big picture, ability to hand multiple tasks prioritize them and carry them out with little to no supervision.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft compelling, executive-level outreach and "OneRush" brand messaging.

• Demonstrated self-motivation, energy and tenacity in achieving results; optimistic yet realistic; upbeat attitude; ability to work in fast paced, growing environment.

Preferred Job Qualifications

• Experience with social media strategy (LinkedIn, Doximity) and digital campaign management.

• Experience with AI-enabled recruitment automation, CRM optimization (e.g., Salesforce, Avature), and interactive front-end technologies.

• Experience collaborating on the development of recruitment assets, such as videos, digital brochures, and landing pages.

• Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, including workforce trends and academic medicine structures.

Key Responsibilities:

Pipeline Development & Sourcing Intelligence

• Execute advanced sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Talent Insights, Doximity, Indeed Hiring Lab, and physician workforce data to identify diverse, high-quality faculty and executive pools.

• Conduct high-level "warm" outreach to passive talent, serving as the primary brand ambassador to articulate the Rush clinical and research trajectory.

• Strengthen connections with Program Directors, medical associations, and alumni communities to build long-term pipelines for early-career and hard-to-fill executive roles.

• Identify and cultivate diverse recruitment sources and track candidate pool metrics to ensure hiring practices remain equitable and reflective of our community.

Brand Strategy & Digital Engagement

• Drive the ongoing refinement and activation of the recruitment brand, ensuring a consistent visual identity and "OneRush" message across all clinical and academic channels.

• Review, refine and enhance career website for clinical, operational, academic, and provider segments.

• Partner with Rush Marketing Department to embed the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) into tailored campaigns, social posts, and recruitment videos.

• Enhance the healthcare worker career presence and leverage recruitment AI agents to ensure a frictionless, mobile-optimized experience for busy clinicians.

• Direct the strategy and execution for conferences and open houses, managing high-value budgets and the deployment of professional promotional assets.

Recruitment Enablement & Experience Design

• Identify and recommend emerging recruitment technologies, AI tools, and CRM enhancements to increase recruiter efficiency and candidate engagement, including smooth integration of new agents into current processes and workflows for the recruitment and onboarding teams.

• Develop and manage the institutional framework for "white-glove" engagement. This involves creating community insights, local immersion guides, and resources for recruiters to highlight Rush culture.

• Oversee the strategy for backend ATS functions, coordinate interview feedback cycles, and prepare executive-level interview packets for Search Committees and Department Chairs.

Strategic Partnerships & Performance Analytics

• Provide guidance to recruiters and hiring leaders on digital outreach best practices, LinkedIn engagement, and modern candidate attraction techniques.

• Monitor trends and competitor movements in the market to advise leadership on market dynamics influencing workforce and provider recruitment.

• Track and interpret candidate engagement metrics across digital channels to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform future talent attraction strategies.

• Serve as a strategic liaison between HR, Communications, and clinical departments to ensure all recruitment outreach is synchronized and professional.

• Evaluate and manage relationships with external recruitment marketing firms and sourcing platforms to maximize ROI on institutional investments.
