Adecco US, Inc. Quality Assurance Coordinator (Call Center) in Chicago, Illinois
Job Type: Full Time, Temp-to-Hire (90-day temp period with eligibility to convert to FTE)
Salary: $ 18.75/hr
Schedule: M-F, 10am-7pm (9am - 6pm for first week of training)
On-Site, Chicago, IL near California and Addison (Hybrid schedule available for training period)
Overview:
Our client is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join their customer service team, engaging with customers over phone and e-mail, addressing customer needs and answering inquires. The ideal candidate has experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, high attention to detail, and an aptitude for providing a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing inbound and outbound calls in a fast paced queue.
• Entering customer service orders, responding to customer inquires.
• Scheduling appointments and providing customer updates.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a call center highly preferred.
• 1+ years' experience in a customer service position.
• Sociable personality and enjoys working with customers.
Please note that a drug test that checks for THC is required for this role.
