Actalent Proposal Coordinator in Chicago, Illinois
An international design practice located in Chicago is seeking a Proposal/Marketing Coordinator with strong writing skills!
Job Description:
Responsibilities will include working with the Chief Marketing Office, Partners, and Principals on all qualification packages, proposals, award submissions, and other promotional pieces, as well as leading the organization of marketing materials and imagery in the Adobe Creative Suite.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
3+ years of experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry
Willingness to work in a collaborative environment
Communication skills that are attuned to the architectural industry, as well as graphic sensibilities
Strong command of the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign and Photoshop), Affinity Publisher, Word, Excel, OpenAsset
Skills in video editing, website maintenance, and creative writing are also preferred
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chicago, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $40.86/hr.
