Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our team in Chicago, IL. This role will oversee the full commercialization lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution from initial concept through to final market launch.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full commercialization lifecycle, guiding products from initial concept through market launch.

  • Create projects within the workflow system and ensure all cross-functional partners complete their assigned deliverables on schedule.

  • Build and maintain detailed project timelines, ensuring clear and consistent communication with all internal stakeholders.

  • Foster alignment and collaboration across teams—including leadership, marketing, sales, supply chain, and R&D—by influencing decision-making and driving cohesive project execution.

  • Proactively identify risks or obstacles that may impact the commercialization process and develop contingency strategies to keep projects on track.

  • Facilitate weekly Feasibility meetings, managing project progress and requirements prior to customer approval.

  • Lead weekly launch meetings to oversee project activities from customer acceptance through commercialization.

  • Ensure products are launched on time and meet all established specifications and quality standards.

  • Maintain responsibility for the primary, centralized source of truth for all active and upcoming projects in the pipeline.

  • Partner closely with R&D to ensure product development meets market expectations, industry regulations, and manufacturing feasibility.

  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to support smooth, efficient production and assist with resolving any issues that may arise on the production floor.

  • Perform additional responsibilities and tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 3+ years of experience in project management within the CPG industry.

  • Experience with overseeing end-to-end commercialization within project management.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (sales, R&D, packaging, graphics, regulatory, etc.).

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chicago, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $46.00 - $50.00/hr.
