ManpowerGroup Project Manager ( Data Center Customer Success ) in Chicago, Illinois

Our client, a leading organization in the data center and telecommunications industry, is seeking a Customer Success Project Manager professional to join their dynamic team, where you will be an integral part of the Operations Department supporting customer deployment and expansion initiatives .

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a customer-centric mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Success Project Manager

Location: Chicago, Illinois (5 days onsite)

Pay Range : $75-80/hour, based on experience

What's the Job?

  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and management of customer move-in, expansion, and migration projects to ensure timely delivery.

  • Coordinate multi-market deployments by collaborating with other Project Managers and internal teams.

  • Develop project scope, define deliverables, and create detailed project plans to meet customer expectations and contractual agreements.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer interactions, ensuring a smooth experience throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks, continuously seek process improvements, and promote a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, information systems, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, project management, or customer success, preferably within data centers, telecommunications, or critical infrastructure environments.

  • Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and IT infrastructure systems used in data center environments.

  • Excellent project management skills with proficiency in tools like Microsoft Project and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
