Job Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for managing construction-related projects of varying size and complexity from initiation through completion. This role partners closely with business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with performance, budget, and quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution
Lead multiple construction projects from inception through completion
Facilitate project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables
Establish project performance goals in collaboration with business stakeholders
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, schedules, and milestones
Track and report performance against established goals and timelines
Field & Stakeholder Management
Monitor and communicate project status to project teams, sponsors, and stakeholders
Coordinate and lead project meetings
Identify, track, and resolve project issues in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
Risk, Budget & Quality Management
Identify and manage project risks using quality and risk management tools
Develop alternative solutions to mitigate project risks and challenges
Plan and monitor project budgets and support invoice tracking
Conduct research and analysis to support project planning and execution
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate project documentation, notes, databases, and records
Monitor project metrics and communicate updates to Project Sponsors and stakeholders
Document lessons learned and share best practices across teams
Team Leadership & Resource Management
Identify and assign appropriate resources to support project tasks
Guide and coach team members throughout project phases
Provide ongoing feedback and developmental support
Top Skills Required
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Qualifications
3–5 years of construction project management experience
Prior field-based construction project management required
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
