Actalent Project Architect in Chicago, Illinois
An Architecture firm in Chicago is looking to add a Project Architect to their team!
Job Description:
Prepare schematic design, design development, and construction documents
Assist with programming, code/zoning, entitlement issues, and site plans
Manage bidding and permitting processes
Participate in construction administration
Qualifications:
Accredited Degree in Architecture
Licensed or on track to licensure
6+ years of experience
Proficiency in Revit (must have), AutoCAD, Abode Creative Suite
Experience working on retail, industrial, commercial, multi-family, or workplace projects (some multi-family experience is highly preferred)
Knowledge of ground-up construction projects

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chicago, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $48.08/hr.
