Platinum Consulting Services, Inc. seeks an .NET Developer in Chicago, IL.
Duties: Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain software applications and enterprise solutions following Agile methodologies. Analyze user requirements and translate them into scalable software designs, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security. Develop application features and functionality using Python, .NET, and SQL Server, including creating and maintaining stored procedures, user-defined functions, indexes, views, and tables to support back-end operations. Leverage Amazon Web Services (AWS) and other cloud components to build and deploy software applications, implementing automation and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab. Perform coding, unit testing, debugging, and integration testing to ensure software quality and compliance with specifications. Utilize POSTMAN and RESTful Web API testing to validate application interfaces and data integrity. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, provide technical solutions, and implement new feature enhancements, bug fixes, and application support. Use JIRA to manage tasks, sprints, and user stories, ensuring timely delivery of development projects. Engage in the continuous improvement of software development practices, code quality, and system performance.
Frequent domestic travel and relocation may be required (3-4 times per year or more).
