Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Market Growth & Business Development
Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow revenue and market share within the local market.
Lead business development efforts, cultivating relationships with internal and external clients to identify new opportunities.
Promote the successes and capabilities of the PDS team to internal service lines and external stakeholders.
Team Leadership & Operational Excellence
Manage and mentor the local PDS team, ensuring alignment with company standards and goals.
Implement market-leading operating models for capital project delivery, driving consistency and efficiency.
Establish and enforce regional standards for delivery, risk management, and assurance processes.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
Deepen client and stakeholder relationships by gathering insights and shaping service delivery to exceed expectations.
Represent the local market in industry events and community initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
Financial & Risk Management
Oversee P&L for the local business unit, ensuring accurate reporting, allocation, and reconciliation.
Identify and mitigate operational risks while supporting strategic initiatives for sustainable growth.
Strategic Planning & Execution
Assist in developing and communicating market-level strategies with clear targets and measurable outcomes.
Support the evaluation and integration of new resources, technologies, or partnerships to enhance service delivery.
Metrics
Contributes through the overall implementation of strategic direction in the Service Line.
Demonstrates subject matter expertise in the development and completion of various project types.
Provides overall leadership responsibility for people, resources, planning and budgeting within their local market, account or sub-region.
Acts as the trusted business advisor and strategic partner by the clients both internally and externally.
Lead the sourcing, pitching and securing of new business and projects within the local market.
BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field
Master’s Degree Preferred
Certification Preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project
Experience in client relations, client management and consulting
17+ years’ experience
7+ years management experience

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 187,000.00 - $220,000.00
