Our client, a leader in the industrial packing sector, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with strong experience in injection molding equipment. This individual will support production by performing hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair across a variety of shop floor systems. This opportunity is from 6AM to 2:30PM OR 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday. 2nd shift has a \$0.50 hourly differential.

Perform diagnostics and corrective actions to minimize equipment downtime and maintain production flow.
Fabricate and modify machine components using various shop tools and machining equipment.
Oversee tool and part inventories in collaboration with storeroom personnel, ensuring timely replenishment and availability.
Log maintenance activities, part usage, and findings to support process improvements and equipment history tracking.
Conduct regular inspections on shop equipment, addressing wear or safety concerns proactively.
Troubleshoot and maintain systems including chillers, grinders, thermolators, resin dryers, tower fans, and loader systems.
Contribute to machinery installations, relocations, and retrofits when needed.
Support downstream automation systems and demonstrate familiarity with PLC-driven equipment.
Maintain a clean and hazard-free workspace, complying with company safety procedures and protocols.
Assist team members and contribute to cross-functional maintenance efforts as needed.
Requirements: {#requirements end="1788" data-start="1770"}
At least 5 years of hands-on experience servicing injection molding machines and related support systems.
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components.
Ability to independently identify issues and implement effective repair strategies.
Skilled in reading and interpreting mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical schematics and technical documentation.
Experience with welding and machining is preferred, but not required.
Proven track record of working safely, efficiently, and collaboratively with other departments.
