Job Summary

The General Manager oversees all operations, financial performance, and guest experience for Queenie’s Restaurant at the United Center. This role provides hands‑on leadership for a high‑volume, event‑driven environment while maintaining exceptional service, staff engagement, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and event‑day execution

• Manage budgets, P&L, labor, and cost controls

• Hire, train, and develop management and hourly teams

• Ensure outstanding guest experience and brand standards

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations

• Partner with United Center stakeholders to support venue goals

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience; GM experience preferred

• Proven success in high‑volume or event‑based operations

• Strong leadership, financial, and communication skills

• Availability for nights, weekends, and event schedules

• Exceptional leadership presence, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, event-driven environments with shifting priorities.

• Flexible schedule required—must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and late-night events.
