Job Description
Working task tickets they get in from pharm ops team to help fix or build new teams in the epic system
Projects- time is mostly spent in pent in epic doing daily build and maintenance
Able to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Basic knowledge of technology such as hardware, networks, and applications.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience creating and delivering presentations for projects.

Skills and Requirements
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent certification) in healthcare, business management, or information systems.
At least 2 years of experience working with information system software solutions.
Epic Willow Ambulatory certification
