Responsibilities
Stand up affiliate partnerships as a repeatable service offering and repeatable growth lever for LLM visibility
Design and document playbooks for partner recruitment, onboarding, content partnerships, and performance management
Personally run initial client accounts to prove the model, including partner activation and setting up tracking/reporting workflows
Join sales calls to scope engagements and position affiliate partnerships as a strategic distribution channel for AI-era discovery
Define success metrics for affiliate-driven LLM visibility and AI discovery across diverse partner types (publishers, creators, marketplaces)
Manage and develop Siege Media’s existing agency partnership and referral program to increase pipeline utilization
Identify and recruit priority partner types to ensure client success in the age of LLM-powered search
Collaborate with SEO, content, and digital PR teams to create integrated growth strategies for world-class clients
Hire, manage, and develop a team of executors once the affiliate motion is proven and scaled
Establish reporting frameworks and QA processes tied to revenue, visibility, and growth outcomes
Continuously evolve the service offering as the landscape of LLM and AI discovery changes
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, growth, or distribution
Proven history of building or rebuilding a channel from scratch (0 to 1) rather than just maintaining one
Strong operator instincts with a "get your hands dirty" mentality and a willingness to execute before delegating
Experience working with publishers, creators, marketplaces, or similar partner ecosystems
Comfortable in a client-facing role with the ability to contribute effectively on sales and strategy calls
Clear communication skills with the ability to translate high-level strategy into actionable playbooks
A deep interest in how AI and LLMs are changing the discovery and distribution landscape
Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote environment
Suggested Skills
2-3 years of experience working in an agency or services environment
Prior experience launching new service lines or scaling a business unit
Familiarity with performance-based partnerships, rev share models, or network platforms
Experience using affiliate platforms such as PartnerStack and Impact.com
Experience managing small teams in a high-growth startup or enterprise environment (B2B/B2C)
The salary range for this position is $115,000.00 – $135,000.00 base, $130k – $165k OTE.
