Job Description:

This job is responsible for supporting the development and delivery of the overall digital strategy for a portfolio of medium to large digital programs. Key responsibilities include identifying strategic and operational risks and opportunities, building partnerships across the enterprise to determine priorities and project direction, and making complex judgement calls and impactful decisions to deliver material business impact for critical digital capabilities. Job expectations include coaching, developing talent, directing the work of multiple associates, and supporting day-to-day delivery.

  • Lead Digital Payments (i.e. Zelle, ACH, Wires, Bill Pay, and Digital Wallets) insights, serving as the central owner for understanding product performance and client feedback, and turning those insights into clear, data-driven recommendations that increase product adoption, satisfaction, and engagement

  • Lead high-impact, cross-product strategic initiatives across Digital Payments, partnering closely with product teams to evaluate opportunities and develop a client experience roadmap for Digital Payments

  • Lead the delivery of monthly and quarterly Digital Payments reporting for enterprise executive and investor audiences. Analyze that reporting to identify performance trends, generate actionable insights, inform future investment opportunities and prioritize digital payments initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • Self-starter with end-to-end ownership (defines questions, builds plans, and delivers outcomes)

  • 2+ years of relevant experience - Digital Payments, Reporting, Client Research, or related experience

  • Data-driven decision making

  • Executive-Level Communications

  • Strong Quality Assurance and Analytical Rigor

  • Ability to simplify complex topics and communicate to executive audiences

  • Demonstrated leadership skills in driving initiatives and effectively building consensus
