Our client, a global leader in technology and cloud innovation , is seeking a Construction Safety Manager 5 to join their team. As a Construction Safety Manager, you will be supporting the Data Center Construction Safety Team . The ideal candidate will have strong leadership , excellent communication , and high-level safety expertise , which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Construction Safety Manager 5
Location: St. Joseph County, IN (Granger) & LaPorte, IN
Pay Range: $76 – $83/hr
What’s the Job?
Oversee and guide contractor safety performance on multi-contractor construction sites
Conduct site walkthroughs and enforce corrective actions for unsafe behaviors
Review safety plans, JHAs, and documentation for compliance
Track and report safety metrics, incidents, and corrective action plans
Represent the client’s safety interests and support regulatory inspections
What’s Needed?
10+ years of construction safety experience
Strong leadership and ability to influence without authority
Advanced safety knowledge (high-risk operations, OSHA, compliance)
Excellent communication, reporting, and conflict-resolution skills
Experience identifying risks and enforcing safety standards
