Robert Half Legal is partnering with a mid-sized boutique transactional law firm in the loop who is looking to hire a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal with 4+ years of commercial real estate transaction experience to join their team. The Commercial Real Estate Paralegal will assist attorneys in handling a broad range of commercial real estate transactions in connection with acquisitions, leases, development projects, dispositions, and financing matters. This position is paying between $85-120K base salary plus a strong annual bonus. In addition, the company offers a highly flexible hybrid WFH schedule (2x per week WFH) with a comprehensive benefits package including: M/D/V, generous PTO, 401(k) + match, LT/ST Disability, Life Insurance, pre-tax commuter benefits, and more.

Commercial Real Estate Paralegal Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update due diligence checklists.

• Conduct comprehensive title and survey reviews, prepare summaries, and draft objection letters

• Draft, review, and revise real estate transaction documents, including leases, loan documents, deeds, and related conveyance instruments

• Draft, review, and update organizational and entity governance documents

• Perform and analyze UCC, judgment, and lien searches

• Coordinate, organize, and compile signature pages for transaction closings

• Liaise directly with clients and third parties to manage due diligence, closing, and funding processes

• Record documents electronically and in paper form, as required

• Manage the preparation, assembly, and distribution of closing binders and other post-closing deliverables

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience handling commercial real estate transactions

• Strong experience handling title, survey, and preparing closing documents

• Experience conducting due diligence for complex commercial real estate transactions
