The CNC Fabrication & Multi-Axis Machining Specialist Production Administration is responsible for the technical design, fabrication, machining, and execution of custom-built components for high-end event productions. This role combines hands-on operation of multi-axis CNC machinery, CAD/CAM-based fabrication, advanced material handling, and production coordination within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The position requires a high level of precision, quality control, safety awareness, independent execution, problem-solving capability, and cost discipline, along with the ability to support production administration and workflow coordination across departments.

Essential Duties \| What Youll Do
- Set up, program, and operate 3-axis and 4-axis CNC machinery, including large-format CNC routers, foam-carving systems, and digital fabrication equipment used in the companys production environment.
- Generate, modify, develop, and optimize CAM toolpaths to ensure material efficiency, accuracy, waste reduction, and production speed.
- Execute CNC fabrication workflows using company production equipment, including CNC routers, foam carving systems, and large-format industrial 3D printing platforms (e.g., Modix Everest).
- Prepare fabrication-ready CAD files, cut files, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and assembly documentation.
- Support production planning, scheduling, and coordination in collaboration with Production Administration.
- Participate in the assembly, testing, adjustments, and final execution of custom event builds.
- Perform quality inspections and precision measurements to verify structural integrity, safety compliance, and aesthetic standards.
- Track production hours, fabrication steps, and material usage accurately for operational and cost-control purposes.
- Collaborate with Production, Creative, Inventory, and Sales teams to ensure feasibility, quality, and on-time delivery.
- Troubleshoot fabrication, machining, and production issues under time-sensitive conditions.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe CNC and fabrication areas in compliance with company policies.
- Support workflow coordination and assist with administrative production tasks as required.

Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in CNC fabrication, machining, or closely related production work.
- Hands-on experience operating CNC equipment in a production environment.
- Working knowledge of CAD/CAM systems used for fabrication.
- Ability to work full-time and on-site in a fabrication and production environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3-5 Years of experience operating multi-axis CNC equipment (3-axis and 4-axis) in a fast-paced production environment.
- Direct hands-on experience with company-specific production equipment such as Multicam CNC routers, FrogMill foam carving systems, and large-format in dustrial 3D printers (e.g., Modix Everest).
- Working knowledge of SolidWorks, Rhino, AutoCAD, or similar CAD software.
- Experience supporting custom fabrication for event production projects.
- Ability to support production administration and workflow coordination.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
