Work Schedule: 8 Hr (7:00:00 AM - 7:00:00 PM)

Pay Range: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

The pay range for each role reflects Rush’s anticipated wage or salary reasonably expected to be offered for the position. Offers may vary depending on the circumstances of each case.

Summary:

Chaplain will support mission of the institution by providing timely, high quality spiritual care to patients, families, friends, and staff, providing in-service and student instruction; participating in research, maintaining collegial relationships with other faculty/staff, and contributing to the larger community. Exemplifies the Rush mission, vision and values and acts in accordance with Rush policies and procedures.

Other information:

Graduate of accredited college/university.

Previous hospital experience. Previous Rush experience (Preferred)

Completed at least one unit of CPE

Responsibilities:

Provide spiritual care to neonate, infant, child adolescent, adult or geriatric patients as needed or assigned according to all policies and standards set forth by department guidelines.

Provide on-call as assigned or negotiated.

Other tasks as assigned.
