Uber 2026 Account Management Intern - US in Chicago, Illinois
We are seeking high-performing students to join Uber as an Account Management Intern (Summer 2026) for a 12-week, performance-driven sales experience.
This internship is designed as a direct pathway into a full-time Account Management role in Chicago for interns who demonstrate strong performance, sales aptitude, and long-term interest in a career in technology sales.
You will be immersed in Uber's high-impact Sales culture, partnering with experienced Account Managers and leadership to gain hands-on experience managing and growing existing accounts.
This is not a shadowing internship - you will own a real book of business, real targets, and real revenue impact.

What You'll Do
The Account Manager role is a unique opportunity to demonstrate your sales skills and abilities to help grow Uber Delivery. This is an opportunity to work closely with our account management team to support various client accounts and projects. This internship is designed to expose you to the day-to-day operations of managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will experience sales and relationship building in a fast-paced, growing environment. We're looking for someone who is natural at selling, passionate about relationships, the delivery space, and tech, and enjoys working with both internal and external partners.
You will be paired with a Top Account Manager to help support various client accounts and projects. You will work with current restaurants across the Midwest territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist account managers and leaders in daily tasks such as client communication, project coordination, and administrative duties.
Assist in the preparation of client presentations, reports, and proposals.
Clearly communicate the value of Uber and its full marketing suite
Continuously seek ways to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience.
Help us identify and build best practices for our future intern classes
Act as an ambassador of Uber Eats' mission, brand, and product
Proactively maintain communication channels with prospects via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings
Basic qualifications
Actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business or related field with at least one semester/quarter left after completion of internship, graduation date of December 2026 - May 2027.
Availability to embark on an exciting 12 week internship focusing on a real-time, impactful business challenge to begin May/June 2026.
Coachability, interest in implementing feedback, and dedication to the improvement of your craft
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A positive, self-starter attitude and determined drive to win
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and follow-through while paying attention to detail
Preferred qualifications
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Google Suite
Experience with Salesforce
Willingness to roll up your sleeves, and get in the weeds with our highest value partners
Strong critical thinking ability
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base hourly rate amount for this role is USD$27.00 per hour. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
