エレベーターは、設置される建物ごとに求められる仕様が異なるため、単純なライン生産には適しません。
そのため当社工場では「セル生産方式」を採用し、専任の技術者が一つのコンポーネントを最初から最後まで責任を持って組み上げる体制を整えています。
業務内容
エレベーター機器製造部門の生産技術担当として製造ラインをサポートし、時にはリードする仕事です。
・生産設備、機器、工具の導入や維持管理
・生産ライン設計、レイアウト変更
・各種改善業務
・専用設備、治具設計
・OA機器サポート

選考基準
高卒以上
優れた対人スキルを含め、強い顧客志向とサービス志向をお持ちの方
高いレベルのコミットメントと信頼性を特徴とし、結果を出そうとする意欲のある方
成果主義である一方、規模の大きな企業組織でペースを保ち働くことができる方。
時間：08時45分〜17時30分
時間外労働：あり（月平均25時間）
36協定における特別条項あり（納期工期の逼迫や突発的な事由が発生した場合、年6回を限度に月75時間、年540時間まで延長できる）
賃金：206,000 円〜400,000 円（月額）
昇給あり：昇給率 1月あたり4.3％（前年度実績）
賞与あり：賞与月数 計6.39ヶ月分（前年度実績）
・将来的には転勤の可能性あり。
・賃金は経験、スキル、前職の年収を考慮します。
・有給休暇は入社時に付与します：前職の付与日数を考慮します
・2024年度全社平均有給取得日数：14日間
